Silver Star Stock Farm Unit Arrives at Ak-Sar-Ben Oval AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Neb.. May 27.— One of the most recent stables to reach Ak-Sar-Ben was the Silver Star Stock Farm, consisting of six head of horses. Trainer N. A. McMaster reported that all of the thoroughbreds made the trip satisfactorily and that he expects momentarily a shipment of three horses to be vanned here from the farm near Dallas, Tex. Included in the shipment was the crack sprint handicap performer Chipamink, and the equally useful Volcano. Unfortunately, neither may be entered in competition before the meeting is well under way. Chipamink, although not injured, will be allowed to rest from the fall he suffered last Saturday in a race at Lincoln Fields. Volcano will also be given a rest before being pointed for the better events here.
