Elect National Thoroughbred Club Officers NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 27.— At a meeting of the National Association of Thoroughbred Clubs here Saturday night, James C. Stone, Lexington Ky., was elected president and executive committee chairman; Grainger Williams, Nashville, committee vice-chairman, and Wathen Knebelkamp, Louisville, Ky., secretary-treasurer. The NATC will receive the Virginia Horsemens Association, the Florida Breeders Association and the Maryland Breeders Association as new members at its next quarterly meeting, it was learned today. The three organizations were to have joined the national group Saturday night, but their representatives were unable to attend the meeting because of the rail strike.
