Suspend Jockey F. Tobin SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 27. — Jockey F. Tobin was suspended 10 racing days, effective May 29, to June 8, inclusive, for rough riding during the running of the fourth race today, by order of the stewards.
