Name Charles Town Officials CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., May 27.— The West Virginia Racing Commission has notified president-general manager Albert J. Boyle, of the Charles Town Jockey Club, that it had approved his entire list of officials for the 46 days of racing — May 29 to July 20, inclusive. The officials: stewards, Col. John Furman Wall, John T. Mor-rissey and William Bell Watkins; placing judges, Andrew R. Winters, Captain Ewart Johnston and E. A. Stone; racing secretary, Fred Burton; assistant racing secretary and entry clerk, Greg Johnson; patrol judges, Roy C. Gordon, John Pons and Dan McTaggert; director of wagering, J. Donald Hay; custodian of jockeys room, Eddie Morgan; timer, paddock judges and identifier, Lally Collyer, and starter, Harold Holland.
