Le Blanc Fairmount Visitor FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 25. Ralph LeBlanc, owner of a restaurant outside the Fair Grounds at New Orleans and well known to horsemen who campaign their charges at the Crescent City, is a visitor. LeBlanc, accompanied by his wife, expects to leave for Detroit in the next few days.
