New Jersey HBPA Division Names B. F. Christmas to Post MONMOUAH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 25. The first meeting of the New Jarsey division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Asscoiation was held in the Monmouth Park grandstand after the running of Mondays last race. B. Frank Christmas was elected Vice-president and W. E. Charles secretary-treasurer. The committee elected included A. F. East, Thomas Tault, Homer Pardue, D. Emery, E. W. King, C. O. Ferguson, Frank White and E. E. Russell. Also in attendance were John McDowell, national secretary and treasurer of the HBPA and J. J. Kelly, New England committeeman.
