Refutes Saratoga Rumor JAMAICA, L. I., N. Y., June 25. F. S."Skiddy" Von Stade, president of the Saratoga Association, today emphatically scotched published reports that the Saratoga meeting would again be transferred to Belmont Park under pressure of the State Tax Commission. "Saratoga will positively race at Saratoga this year," Yon Stade said.
