Grant Horsemens Request RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, June 25. Following a meeting here last night, sponsored by a committee of HBPA, the management today granted a request that the winner of each race be given a urine test. The management also acceded to a request that a section of the grandstand be reserved for horsemen and their guests.
