SeYenteen-Year-Old Starts Today at Hilltop HILLTOP PARK, Steubenville, Ohio, June 25. V. J. Balluffs Louis A. Meriam, who is a carded starter in the second race on Wednesdays program at Hilltop Park, is probably the oldest flat runner in competition at present. The son of Louis A. Sister Meriam is 17 years young. He has already faced the barrier several times this year at Phoenix, Ariz., and was third on one occasion. Balluff has several others In his stable that are over 10 years old.
