American-Bred Wins Again LIVERPOOL, England, June 26 Reuters. Robert S. Clarks American-bred three-year-old, Whistling Wind, a chestnut colt by Discovery out of Sunset, won his second successive race in England today, taking the Merseyside Stakes over one mile. He beat Gallant Scot by a short head, with The Deacon two lengths farther back.
