Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 26. In addition to matters already reported, the California Horse Racing: Board at its meeting Monday also disposed of the following items: Trainer Hershel Allen was suspended until August 24 and ordered to show cause why his license should not be suspended for falsification, and W. G. Irvine was found guilty of registration in connection with the horse Can-Jones. In the case of Irvine, however, the board ruled he has been sufficiently punished and fined. Trainer Roy Seldens plea for mitigation of a suspension imposed on him for the alleged possession of hypodermic equipment and medications was denied and the case against-Jack Taylor, suspended in connection with the stimulation of Red Beard at Bay Meadows, was taken under submission until his attorney has a further opportunity to review the testimony.
