The latter was rushed up fast going to the far turn and held on determinedly to the end. OXFORD DON was sent through on the inside in the stretch, then hung. ALERT SUN showed a good effort. BONFIRE, from a slow beginning, made up ground and finished well. HIS JEWEL raced ALBULDO Into defeat and then tired. FIRE STICKY was outrun. FRIEND OR FOE could not keep up.
