Miolands Full Brother Wins at First Asking LONGACRES, Renton, Wash., June 26. Garryland, full brother to the magnificent Mioland, made his first start on a race track a winning one on opening day. Trainer Harlan Hutson, who raised the colt by hand after Iolanda, dam of Garryland and Mioland, broke her neck a few days after foaling the bay, was nervous as a kitten before the race as the four-year-old gelding got his first chance on a race track. Allan Drumheller had taken Garryland tc Chicago and Santa Anita, for racing, but a blackout had prevented the gelding from getting a chance to show in action. .
