Three Chilean Horses Are En Route to U. S. by Plane SANTIAGO, Chile, June 26. Three Chilean race horses are en route to the United States by plane today, with a campaign at the New York tracks in view. It was the first shipment of its kind from this country. The horses, Moscardon, Pavo and Pacifica, have raced well in Chile and are considered potential starters in United States stakes. The Chilean turfman, German "Del Pedregal, reports that Clarence Shockley, an American, paid about 7,000 for the three horses. He says that Pacifica won the Las Palmas, Chilean stake, in June, setting a track record, and has captured 25 of 94 races in this country.
