Fine Dufferin Trainer DUFFERIN PARK, Toronto, Ont., May 21. — Trainer Earl Harbourne has been fined 00 by the stewards for claiming the Canadian-bred allowance of five pounds for the horse Idle Hero, to which he was not entitled, in the first race at Dufferin Park Wednesday, May 18, 1949, in which race he finished first. Payment of first money has been withheld pending final disposition of the case by the Incorporated Canadian Racing Association, by order of the stewards.
