Batcheller Grounded WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 21. — The Lincoln Fields stewards issued the following ruling here this afternoon: "For failing to attempt to straighten his mount, Main Bet, and interfering with Bird Shot during the stretch run of the third .race, May 21, 1949, jockey Logan Batcheller is hereby suspended for 10 days."
