Start River Downs Schooling RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, May 21. — Bryan Steele announced that he is sending Paul Talbot, one of his chief assistants, to River Downs where he will begin schooling activities beginning on Monday. Talbot will manage the starting gate every morning until the inauguration of their 43-day meeting on June 1, from 7 a. m. until training activities cease.
