Commission HearingsComplete CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., May 21.— The West Virginia Racing Commission, meeting here to consider the appeal of 10 trainers from suspensions on stimulation charges, completed their hearings late today. Commission chairman Beverley Broun announced that no statement on the cases would be issued for several days.
