Manifold Suspended Ten Days FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 8. — The stewards issued the following ruling here this afternoon: "Jockey H. Manifold is suspended 10 days, effective June 10 through June 21, for rough riding in the second and fourth races June 7, 1949.
