Suspend B. Layton Ten Days SANTA ANITA PARK, Arcadia, Calif., June 8. — For crossing over to the inside without sufficient clearance resulting in interference when up on Final Cal in the fourth race on June 4, 1949, jockey Britt Layton is suspended for 10 racing days, June 8 to June 21, inclusive. During the period of his suspension jockey Layton will be permitted to fulfill any stakes engagements on file.
