Charles Arrives From Detroit WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., June 8. — W. E. Charles, Jr., an officer of the New Jersey and Florida divisions of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, arrived here today from Detroit, ioh. Charles ms here for a few days to familiarize and interest persons entitled to the insurance coverage recently endorsed by the HBPA through the American Travelers Insurance Corporation of Indianapolis.
