Passen Gets Aqueduct Post AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., May 21.— Cyrus F. Jullien, president of the Queens County Jockey Club, announced today that Bill Passen had been engaged to write special features in connection with the stake events at Aqueduct. Passen has for several years been a valuable member of Everett Clays publicity staff at Hialeah. His work at Aqueduct will supplement the labors of Robert Fulton Kelley, publicity director for the five New York tracks, but will be confined to Aqueduct. Julliens move is in line with the constructive program under way at Aqueduct, which is taking the initiative in endeavoring to improve its facilities for the public.
