Bury Inspect River Downs BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 21.— Eugene W. Bury, made a trip to Cincinnati over the week-end and returned here early this morning. He inspected the plant at River Downs which is in California, Ohio. Mr. Bury, who is racing secretary and handicapper at this course, will also serve in a similar capacity at River Downs which will open on Memorial Day, May 30.
