Several Pretentious Stables Check In at Washington Park WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, Til.. May 21. — Among the more pretentious units to arrive over the week-end from Churchill Downs were the Dixiana Stable, the Augustus and Nahm contingent, and the Mrs. Helen S. Reineman entourage. The Dixiana shipment of 20 thoroughbreds arrived without mishap under the direction of trainer Jack Hodgins. Chester Hall registered 12 for the Louisville patrons, Augustus and Nahm. Larry H. Thompson su- pervised the transfer of the 27 Reineman racers from the Derby course. Amadee Jeanfreau also arrived upon the local scene from Louisville with five horses owned by the Memphis sportsman, Jack A. Chambers. Included in the shipment were Bolingover, Big Road, Botafogo, Mister Morgan, and Bulnes.
