i I Red Sails Starts Again Tonight at Aurora Oval Three-Yea r-Old Covered Mile in 2:07% in His Most Recent Race AURORA DOWNS, Aurora, HI., Mar 21. ā€” The three-year-old pacing colt with the finest chance of establishing a record of his age this season will start for the third time this meeting at Aurora Downs Tuesday night. The promising sidewheeler is H. T. Kings speedy Red Sails. Proof of things to come can be traced to his performance on Saturday night in the second half of the Daily Double. In this race, against such experienced campaigners as Josephine Song, Ladys Leon, Ima Hanover Dale and C. F. R., the youthful The Abbot ā€” Marigold chestnut colt toured the mile over the half-mile oval in the brilliant time of 2:07%. On the basis of that performance alone, harness horse enthusiasts look for Red Sails to chalk up a 2:05 mile ov%r a half-I mile track this season. Trainer and driver Roy Riegle has high hopes of bringing to light one of the fastest three-year-old pacers the Midwest will have witnessed perform in many a season. Tuesday Red Sails goes postward in a 21 class conditioned pace over the mile route and set for the fifth race on the nine-race program. His competition will come from Pa, winner of his last start in 2:11; High Todd, Reggie Direct, Maxine King, Victory Jacky, Golden Adam and Lusty Jester. This field, according to railbirds, isnt likely to give Red Sails too much trouble and he should rack up his third straight win of the current season. Co-feature of Tuesdays card is a classified pace over, the mile distance and set for the seventh race. The eight-horse field brings to gether Martha Cā€ž Earls Spencer Joe, Maxine Cash, Sanka, Hollyrood Hanover, Lincoln Cash, Miss Woodland and Blacklock. An Illinois-owned or -bred pace also has been arranged by race secretary Ted Leonard and will windup the program. The horses going the mile in the nightcap are Patsy Ann Dale, Hlini Siskiyou, Hot Worthy, Paris Dale, C. F. R., Miss Lady Pine, Rocky Roads and Little Jester. Post time for the first race is 8:30 p. m.
