Ashley Detroit Arrival DETROIT, Mich., May 21.— Frank Ashley, who will handle the public address announcing at the Livonia track this season, checked in from Churchill Downs. Ashley, who formerly manned the mikes at Washington and Arlington Parks, is making his first visit to the Motor City and replaces Raymond Haight, now on duty in Maryland.
