Jockey S. Luce Grounded WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 21. — Jockey Sam Luce was suspended by local officials after investigation revealed the presence of a battery in his tack. In addition to the indefinite suspension, the stewards also recommended to the Illinois Racing Board that the riders license be revoked.
