HBPA Post to Fred Grimes BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 21. — Fred Grimes, Cleveland businessman who manufactures factory parts for the government and who races a useful string of thoroughbreds on the Ohio circuit, was elected vice-president of the Horsemens Protective and Benevolent Association of the Ohio division here Saturday. Ten committeemen also elected were: S. Stafford, Robert Rpos, Earl Bolser, B. Bond, Sr., E. A. Moran, Joe Brohman, T. "Curley" Trus-ler, E. Greenaway, John Heinlein and Clyde Lee.
