Establish Qualifying Sections For Amateur Public Tourney NEW YORK, N. Y., May 21 UP.— The U. S. Golf Association announced today that 43 qualifying section have been established for the Amateur Public Links Championship, which will be played at Milwaukee, Wis., July 9 through July 14. The qualifying rounds will be at 36 holes and will be played on various dates between June 15 and June 25. A total of 210 players will qualify for the championship proper. The champion will be invited to compete in the National Amateur and will be exempt from qualifying sectionally. The other semi-finalists will be invited to compete in the sectional qualifying rounds for the National Amateur.
