Indians Blank Nats, 16-0 As Feller Posts Two-Hitter - WASHINGTON, D. C, May 24 UP. — Bob Feller posted his fifth victory of the year against a lone defeat today as he checked the Washington Senators on a wo-hitter, while the Cleveland Indians were pounding two pitchers for 19 hits and a 16-0 victory before 5,442 fans. The victory moved Cleveland into a fifth-place American League tie with the Senators and stretched Washingtons losing streak to four in a row. Right-hander Sid Hudson, pitching for the first time since he injured his side in spring training April 1, was the loser, yielding 11 runs and 11 hits before turning things over to lefty Bob Ross after two and one-third innings. Feller permitted but three batters to get to first base and retired the last 12 in a row.
