RaceCommitteeMeetsTuesday ALBANY, N. Y., May 24.— The joint legislative committee to study horse racing will hold its first formal meeting; in the offices of the State Racing Commission in New York City next Tuesday morning, Senate Majority Leader Arthur H. Wicks, committee chairman, announced today. Following the meeting, state officials will accompany committee members on an inspection of Belmont Park in the afternoon and Roosevelt Raceway in the evening.
