Ferd Wilmington Topweight STANTON, Del., May 24. — Mrs. Andy Schuttingers fleet four-year-old colt, Ferd, has been assigned topweight of 126 pounds for the 0,000 Wilmington Handicap, the six-furlong fixture which will again serve as the inaugural feature when Delaware Parks meeting opens on Tuesday. Racing secretary - handicapper J. Gilbert Haus placed F. Ambrose Clarks veteran Tea-Maker seciond on his weight list at 125 pounds. Ferds conquests this year include Jamaicas Paumonok Handicap and Garden State Parks Valley Forge Handicap. -.Tea-Maker finished first in the recent Jamaica Handicap, but was disqualified, making Piet the winner.
