Morning Snack for Horsemen * MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 16. — The popular innovation of the local management in treating horsemen to a morning snack will again be in effect this year. Coffee and rolls will be served free of charge in the horsemens room in the administration building each morning tor the convenience of- owners and trainers whose activities prevent their getting away from their posts.
