Riders View Film on Fouls MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 16. — Sterling Young, president of the Jockeys Guild, was an arrival for the opening of Monmouth Park. Before the start of the races he filmed the Cassidy short subject on riding fouls, with every rider on the grounds present. These films were taken from""the records of the film patrol which has been introduced to the local track this season, and -which records the stride by stride running of each race throughout the season.
