Rates Porterhouse Correlation Equal Campbell Assigns Each 126 For Peter Pan; Lytle Colts Status for Race Doubtful BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 31. Racing secretary John B. Campbell has estimated Robert S. Lytles Correlation and Llangollen Farms Porterhouse alike with 126 pounds each at the top of his weights for Saturdays 5,000 Peter Pan Handicap. Porterhouse is pointing for this mile and a furlong, but Correlations status is in doubt, since his bad raqe in last Saturdays Jersey Stakes. Porterhouse has started only twice this year, winning a sprint against sophomores at Santa Anita and beating older horses here at Belmont Park impressively, but the son of Endeavour H. was rated the equal of Turn-to at the head of the generation last year in Campbells Experimental Free Handicap. C. V. Witneys Fisherman, who finished behind Correlation in the Wood Memorial and Kentucky Derby is next in the Peter Pan weights with 121 pounds. He is a probable starter. Woodvale Farms Goya-mo, who is reported suffering from tendon trouble and is to be sold on June 10, has been given 120 pounds. The Goya n. colt finished fourth in the Kentucky Derby and Preakness, preceding Correlation at Churchill Downs, following him at Pimlico, as well as in the Florida Derby. Artismo Pegged at 119 James Cox Bradys Artismo, -another doubtful starter, has been assigned 119 pounds in the Peter Pan. He disappointed in two races this year, after being among the leaders of his generation at two. Saxon Stables Dont Argue n., an imported son of After Midnight, has been weighted at 118 pounds, the same impost giver Mrs. J. R. H. Thourons War of Roses, the winner of the Jersey Stakes.
