NO SKIS improved his position gradually to reach the leader on the final turn, assumed command under pressure and heldGOLDEN GREEK safe. The latter drew clear soon after the start, dominated the pace, saved ground and was pressing after giving way near the final sixteenth. ARMY PAL bullied his way to a forward position early, challenged the leader on the far turn and weakened. SWEET SIGRID, shuffled back at the start, came to the outside with a late rush, but was unable to menace. FIRST ONE weakened. REEDY CREEK saved ground to no avail. HONEST INJUN was in close quarters early. BLUE SICKLE raced wide. OMEN was unable to keep up. ANAMIA came through on the inside, but lacked a late rally. The others were outrun. ZIPPER was forced to lose ground racing on the outside on the turns. FREE NECHE was unable to keep up. NIGHT DRINKER passed tiring horses. LADYGOLIGHTLY weakened after a half mile. BULLETS gained command before rounding the far turn, was under constant urging to dominate thet pace and withstood a sustained drive. FLYING BUSHER broke alertly, remained in close attendance of the leader and was pressing throughout. GATO MANOSO showed good speed from the gate, dropped back on the far turn, rushed boldly along the inside near the end, but was not good enough. CASH REQUEST had no mishap. EARLY NIGHT dropped back after breaking with the leaders and rallied mildly in the late stages. ROYAL DOO went evenly. MIKE THE CRIER lacked early speed, closing with good energy along the inside. BOFRANC, sluggish in the early stages, was forced to lose ground entering the stretch, responded to pressure and was closing on the leader. SEW IT SEAMS slipped through along the inside to better late position. CRUSADE broke sluggishly, was timidly handled in close quarters and failed to rally in the late stages. PILE DRIVER, never far off the pace, failed to respond to late urging. NAGGING WIFE raced wide. LEES UNKNOWN was never a prominent factor. STAR PRODUCER showed brief speed and drifted out slightly.
