Appoint Poxson Again Member Of Colorado Race Commission CommissionLEXINGTON LEXINGTON Ky May 2 Colorado Governor Stephen L R McNichols on Ap ¬ ril 26 appointed Ben T Poxson a member of the Colorado Racing Commission for the unexpired term of the late A B Hirsch f eld McNichols term will expire December 31 1962 Poxson served as a commissioner from December 31 1950 to December 31 1956 at which time the retiring Governor Edwin C Johnson appointed Hirschfeld to the post At the time of his replacement on the commission last December Poxson was second vicepresident of the NASRC and had served in other officerships of the as ¬ sociation since April 1955
