Apostol 3rd as Weeping Willow Wins Prix Noailles at Route Special to Daily Racing Form PARIS, France, May 7 1 Reuters .—Apostol, French entry for the Epsom Derby on June 5, finished third, less than a length behind the winner in the Prix Noailles over 11 furlongs at Longchamp Sunday. Winner of 6,800 prize money was Weeping Willow, owned by Edoard Martinez de Hox and ridden by Fred Palmer. The winner finished three-quarters of a length ahead of M. Bertrand Taylors Prime Sautier, ridden by Louis Heugtzur, with M. Francois Dupres Apostol, ridden by Jacques Doy-asbere a short head away in third place on a photo finish. The winner is by Priolo — Crodoba and is trained by Percy Carter.
