ARRACADO was slow to oet in stride and was badly outrun for about six furlongs, then improved his position giadually and, easily taking command in the stretch, won going away. ATTEMPT raced well up under good rating but MM no match for the winner. CYNTHIA SUE was outrun to the stretch and then came strongly on the outside. DOUBLE BOGEY was going fairly well at the finish. PASHA SAIED made up some around in the last furlonq. BRASEDA was close enough early but was not dangerous. HIGH AUTHORITY lacked speed and was outrun all the way. Won ridden out: second and third driving. HERES JAKE raced to strong contention after going a quarter and, coming around FAN FLIGHT on the stretch turn, took a short advantage to show the way thereafter. FAN FLIGHT headed the field on the far turn and saved ground in the stretch to be easily best of the others. SIR CHATTER trailed for about six furlongs, then made up considerable ground. HARD-SEA was well rated not too far from the pace for the first six furlongs, then moved strongly when called upon and, having no trouble taking command in the stretch, won by a oood margin, although ridden out. OCEAN HOP, outrun early, came steadily between horses in the stretch. CALICO CREEK set the early pace but found the distance a little too much. MR. PRESIDENT went steadily in a fair effort. RADO IMAGE raced wide in the stretch and lacked his usual finishing dash. UP COAST and LADY ATOM tired badly in the stretch. REMHOH was badly outrun. Overweight— Lady Atom, 2 pounds.
