Stewards Rulings LAUREL, Md., May 4. — The stewards today issued the following ruling: "Trainer Leonard L. Emery is fined 00.00 for failure to have his entry Our Host on the grounds for the running of the seventh race of Saturday, May 2." FONNER PARK, Grand Island, Nebr., May 4. — The stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey David Wade is fined 5 for making a frivilous claim of foul following the running of the second race Friday, May 1, 1959." JEFFERSON DOWNS, Metairie, La., May 4. — The Jefferson Downs stewards issued the following ruling here Satur-da. "Trainer M. J. Petry Sr. is fined 00.00 for making unjustifiable accusations and false statements which, thereby caused a disturbance."
