Andersons Duties Conflict GROVE CITY, Ohio, May 2. — Paul R. Anderson will be unable to fulfill his customary duties during the Beulah Park spring meeting which opens Saturday. Anderson, who has been serving as track photographer at Beulah for a number of years, was forced to cancel because the Beulah meeting conflicts with Ascot Park, which ends May 23, and River Downs, which opens May 29. "Andy" is also the track photographer at Ascot and River Downs. Substituting for him at Beulah will be William B. "Bill" Owens, Columbus commercial photographer.
