Plans to Ride at Beulah GROVE CITY, Ohio, May 2. — Jockey Phillip E. Borgemenke has sent word here that he plans to be on hand for the open-day of the Beulah Park spring season Saturday and that he will ply his trade throughout the 19-day meeting. Borgemenke, a Cincinnatian, presently is riding at Ascot Park.
