i Change Name of New Track In New Mexico to Sunland LAS CRUCES. N. Mex., May 4.— John McCormack, president of Fortuna Corporation which is building a new ,000,000 race track here, announced a change in the name of the track from "Gateway" to "Sunland." "We believe the name Sunland projects one of the Southwests greatest assets" said McCormack, "It ties in with the Sun Carnival in El Paso and also the Sun Bowl football game on New Years day." McCormack also stated the track would cooperate fully with both events, and would switch its racing day to Thursday when the Sun Bowl game is played on Friday.
