BOUNTIFUL LADY, steadied on the turn while along the inside, moved through when a narrow opening availed itself and outfinished PROFESSOR JIM. The fatter, always close up, reached the front in the early stretch and was not good enough. ROMAC moved well from the outside into the stretch, then had no late response. JACK 0 DIAMONDS was hustled to reach the early lead and flattened out through the stretch run. PHARIS DAN could not keep up. GREEK VALOR had brief early foot. LOVE OR MONEY moved inside the leader to take command going into the stretch, quickly drew off but was doing her best to hold off RINGTILIAN. The latter gave improved speed after settling into the stretch and was getting to the winner. HOME MAKER made up some ground but couid not threaten the top pair MISS ANNIE B . snugged on the turn when appearing to be trying to get out. tired through the stretch run. LADY SIBBY dropped back slightly leaving the far turn while along the inside, was brought outside the leader to wrest command leaving the eighth pole and gamely held off rivals at the wire. MOUNTAIN HOLLY came to the middle of the track for the final run and closed with a sharp burst of speed, just missing. BETSY CEE drew off on the turn, then held on well after losing the lead. DINNER MUSIC was going strongly through the final stages when caught in close quarters nearing the end. NERVOUS NELL lacked sufficient late response. MALOGE tired badly after being close up early. Won driving THERMO, unhurried early, gave a good response when put to pressure, had to be carefully handled in the early stretch while lugging in and, after taking command, held safe LONELY. The latter saved ground early, came outside into the stretch, then was brought back to the inner rail and closed well. GULIO CESERE set the early pace under strong restraint, quickly drew off when given head but faltered in the final eighth. WISTA disputed the early pace and lacked a strong late response.
