1 , I I i ! j j W. H. Gardner, 72, Dies FORT WORTH, Tex., May 4.— W. H. Gardner. 72. one of the Southwest s oldest trainers, died recently at his home in Joshua. Tex., and was buried at Cleburne. The veteran had been racing at the Hipo- dromo in Mexico City, and came home for a rest. His death was due to a heart at- tack. It is not known at present what will be done with his stable in Mexico.
