EXULTANT, never far off the pace, closed fast while saving ground. KNIGHTS REWARD, far back in the early stages, made up a lot of ground while getting through between horses. DANGEROUS DAN forced the early pace, then gave way, came again through the stretch while between horses. CILCENNIN tired. BIG COMBER weakened after a game early effort.
