Bob Avila Fined 00 PHILADELPHIA, Pa., June 5 UP. Bob Avila, second baseman for the Cleveland Indians, was notified today that he had been fined 00 for bumping umpire Bill Grieve in New York yesterday during a dispute on balls and strikes. No suspension was ordered by American League president Will Harridge.
