DETROIT RACE COURSE GARALORTER Baker Stable plater is j improving with racing and seems ready to trim a field of ,500 sprinters. I ANDROS Irish-bred gelding moves up several pounds pn an off track and recently worked three-quarters mile in 1:17 through heavy footing. RUGGED BOY Three-year-old gelding has been showing marked speed in morning trials and dockers caught him in 1:00 for five furlongs. BLACK BANTAM Quick sprinter is rapidly, reaching peak form and capable of holding his own with top races on muddy or dry track. ALL BRITISH Kendle Stable middle-distance plater gave sharp effort at a mile and one-sixteenth and seems due for early visit to winners ring. MOI ET TOI Forrest three-year-old displayed high speed before she was beaten by Angledozer in last start and should improve off that effort. MISS JAY JAY Maiden two-year-old filly was trifle short in last local engagement and should soon earn her initial set of brackets. SPY LADY Close second to the stakes-winning Gambetta stamps her as one of the best of her sex and age division. BOB F. Ordinary plater gave fair effort in recent middle-distance test and should go well against ,000 routers. OUR .KITE Salisbury Stable star closed strongly in Boots and Saddle Handicap and appears razor sharp. BITSY-BOO Maiden three-year-old filly comes from smartly-trained barn and appears due for early graduation. RUNACROSS Wiggins Stable sprinter gave a good effort in her last Detroit engagement against ,000-grade platers.
