« AURORA TURF NOTES 1 $ e J. P. Keezek was an arrival from Tan-foran today with ten horses. Pana Franka, a classy two-year-old, is the star of the string, which includes Santonette, Pangan-ath, Poor Pan, Penurious, Santerno, Mor-heart, Sparkling Star, Squak and Tre Sor-rella. The latter four are owned by J. A. Coburn. H. T. Fleming was fined 0 for entering Forget Not in the original first race for Thursday. The horse was not eligible. E. H. Langlois was an arrival from Lexington Wednesday morning with Astute, Sweet One, Look at Lillian, and the two-year-olds Whangdoodle, On Timely, Eventful and Thracaw. The horses Gun Man and Flying Vote, the property of R. L. Rites, arrived by van from Hagerstown today. They were on the road for two and one-half days. Red Vamp and Buds Pal, two two-year-olds, the property of Mrs. Alberta Miller, arrived from Louisville. B. E. Chapman got in from Havre de Grace with five head. Two are two-year-olds and the older horses are Nealon Kay, Calgary Kay and Single Kay. J. Eckert arrived from Tanforan with Fleeting Fire and Beth Hogan. The stable of John D. Spreckels III. is expected to arrive from Tanforan tomorrow. Shasta Broom and Mardie are in the string. Well Heeled, Happy Lad and Princess j Tyler, belonging to John Helpstein, checked in from Lexington.
