RESERVES ARLINGTON STALLS1 ! Tred Avon Heads List of Labrot Horses Coming for Meeting in July. Tred Avon, winner of the Arlington Matron Handicap last summer and later conqueror of Equipoise in the Washington Handicap at Laurel, is returning to Arlington Park this summer to again meet the countrys outstanding older horses in the rich events at the North Side course. Her name topped the list of eighteen horses sent . to the Arlington Park management by trainer William Irvine for their owner, Sylvester W. Labrot, Maryland sportsman. The five-year-old daughter of Sir Grey-steel and La Muiron, has been racing in better fashion than ever, as witnessed by her victory under 126 pounds in the Bowie Inaugural Handicap recently, and she is now being groomed for a match race with Top Flight at Belmont Park. Springsteel is another prominent member of the Labrot Stable and he also starred in Arlington racing last summer, winning the Sheridan Stakes and placing in two other races. He is expected to prove a running mate for Tred Avon in the Stars and Stripes and Arlington Handicaps.
